Potatoes in cheese and sour cream sauce

Ingredients:

  • potatoes 4 pcs.
  • peppercorns / bay leaf / Maggi cube (2 pcs.)
  • raw smoked bacon
  • sour cream 2 tbsp.
  • mustard 1 tbsp.
  • garlic 3 pcs.
  • dill
  • butter
  • green onion (for serving)
  • cheese
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender with 2 maggi cubes, bay leaf and allspice.
  2. Fry the bacon in a frying pan and chop finely.
  3. For the sauce, mix sour cream, mustard, garlic and dill.
  4. Fry the finished potatoes in a frying pan, add the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped bacon. Place on a plate and sprinkle with green onions
