High Iron Smoothies

🌿 Greens – a small bunch
🥝 Kiwi – 1 piece
🌻 Seeds – 1 tsp.
💧 Water – 150 ml.

🍀 Parsley
Parsley contains 2 times more iron than spinach. It is also a rich source of vitamin K, beta-carotene and vitamin C, which is necessary for the proper absorption of iron.

🍃 Pumpkin seeds
Contains half the daily value of iron, plus other beneficial minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, copper and manganese

🥝 Kiwi is an additional source of vitamin C for better absorption of iron.
In 100 gr. kiwi contains almost 100 mg of vitamin C
