Canadian Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg. ribs
  • applesauce 100g.
  • ketchup 100g.
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • dried garlic 1 tsp
  • paprika 1 tsp
  • cinnamon 1 tsp
  • juice of half a lemon
  • soy sauce 3 tbsp

Marinate the ribs for at least 2 hours at room temperature and place in a preheated oven at 200° for 1 hour. Everything is very simple and fast. Bon appetit
